Log into your SingleKey account: Access your account where you have set up the Rent Guarantee.
Select the property: Click on the specific property for which you want to make a demand.
Initiate the demand: Look for the “make a demand” button located near the bottom of the page and click on it.
Provide details: You will be prompted to enter information regarding the default status and any other relevant details related to the unpaid rent or damages.
Submit the demand: After completing the required information, submit the demand.
Follow up: Once you submit your demand, the SingleKey team will reach out to assist you with the next steps to ensure a timely payout.
